A search engine interface that allows searching of members by many criteria like username, id, tel., name. This is the area where you can keep notes about each members enquiries, problems and solutions. It also tracks all automated functions the system has done. Allows easy support of your members.

1-2 Admin Signup

 

Enter a new user into the system. Takes all signup details, allows for easy entry of first order and autoship settings all in one procedure.

1-3 Order Entry

 

Simply enter a username, and enter an order and the order will be processed by the payment method on file and to the address on file. Quick, efficient. Can be used for any fax, email, or telephone orders.

1-4 FAQ Admin

 

A very powerful support interface.  Allows all member requests to come through an interface for answering. If the question is something that others would ask, while answering the question, you can post it to an automatic FAQ. This interface also publishes the question and answer to the members lounge, and the admin interface notes area so you can track what is going on with a distributor all in one place.

c. Approval » Administrators will approve a question and answer to go to the FAQ. This allows junior support people to answer questions but not have it go live to FAQ until an administrator looks at it.

2-5 Finances

 

Change your Credit Card Information, Look at your current Earnings, Request a payment, View your personal Account Transactions, View all past invoices, and look up all past commission calculations.

2-6 Transfer Funds

 

Inter-Member Transfer allows transfer of money to another member. You can have your members able to transfer money from their personal account to another members personal account.

2-7 Gift Certificates

 

Gift Certificates can be used to have your members sign up other members who don't have credit cards.  They simply create a gift certificate for the amount they collect from the potential member, and the money is taken from their personal account and sent to the potential member. The potential member then just uses their gift certificate number when enrolling and the money is credited to their account.
